LTE-M

LTE-M refers to the bandwidth-reduced (BL) and coverage-enhanced (CE) UE operation defined in TS 36.331 and TS 36.304. TS 36.331 describes handover for BL and CE UEs, with the UE only required to acquire the MasterInformationBlock in the target PCell. PSM and eDRX apply as for other LTE UEs.
